Brett Minchington wins Global HR Leadership Award

The award was presented at the 2008 Asia-Pacific HRM Congress, Mumbai India where Brett delivered the keynote address. Brett also presented awards at the Employer Branding Awards held as part of the congress.

DTED commission CLA to undertake a report into improving employment outcomes for SA graduates

Collective Learning Australia has been commissioned by the Department of Trade and Economic Development (SA) to provide a report by end-June 2006 into improving employment outcomes for South Australian Graduates.
The report will include findings of a unique pilot program to be conducted involving university students studying Accountancy. The pilot program will involve pre and post program assessments conducted by specialist recruiters to assess the employability of students involved in the program. The pilot program will be project managed and the training will be facilitated by CLA Associates.
The consultancy will include in-depth research and interviews with South Australian universities, government, industry associations, employers, recruitment agencies, students, etc.
